    In her own way in most of the normal labia (inner and) outter lips. Some women simply have more "vagina" and then others. (Frequent sexual intercourse, childbirth and other things I can not remember right now) can also increase the size of the vagina. Sex is often disputed.

    It is an operation to shrink. I do not know how effective or if it decreases the sensitivity.
